Article VIII - Insurance

The Board shall have the authority to determine whether or not to obtain insurance for the Association, and if insurance is obtained, the types and amounts thereof. In the event that insurance is obtained for the Association, the premiums for such insurance shall be an expense of the Association. Each Owner (and not the Association) shall be responsible for obtaining and paying the expense of insurance for his Lot and Residential Dwelling, its contents and furnishings, as well as obtaining personal liability insurance.
